Terms of Use

These terms cover kelectronics.ai, Tuganire, and Mbaza. Using the sites or apps means you agree to them.

1. The services

K-Electronics AI provides this website, Tuganire (messaging with translation and calling), and Mbaza (an AI tutor for Rwanda’s curriculum). Mbaza is in beta. Features can change as we improve the products.

2. Accounts

Keep your account details accurate and secure. Tuganire may allow one active device at a time and require a verification code before a new device can sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, harm others, spam, impersonate, attack our systems, or upload content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Education content

Mbaza is a study aid. It does not replace teachers, official curriculum documents, or examination bodies. We do not guarantee exam results. Students must follow their school’s rules on academic work.

5. Translation and AI output

Translations and tutor replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check important content yourself.

6. Your content

You keep rights in content you submit. You give us permission to host and process it so the service can work, including translation and tutoring.

7. Our intellectual property

The K-Electronics AI, Tuganire, and Mbaza names, logos, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the services running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Electronics AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. If you paid us, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months before the claim; if you paid nothing, it is limited to USD 50.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms on this page. They are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Courts in Kigali have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
